The Analogues play the iconic Beatles albums Revolver & Sgt Pepper.
The Analogues are calling it quits. The band spent the last decade bringing all the classic albums from The Beatles' studio period to the stage, and now they say that mission is complete. The Analogues will play the iconic Beatles albums Revolver & Sgt Pepper one last time. Integrally, with horns and strings and using the same instrumentation The Beatles used at the time.
Revolver marks the moment The Beatles decided that the studio would henceforth be their purview, On Sgt Pepper, that 'new' way of making music came to fruition. As a result, The Beatles could not reproduce this complex music live. It was The Analogues' mission to do so after all.
Revolver was played live by The Analogues only once, 10 years ago. A more extensive series around this wonderful album did not go ahead due to circumstances - Corona - but now gets another chance. For their rendition of Sgt. Pepper, The Analogues received rave reviews at home and abroad.
This show is part of One and One and One is Three, a trilogy where audiences can experience the complete oeuvre from The Beatles' studio years in its full scope and richness one more time!
