Through her older brother, Anneke van Giersbergen got to know solid music, which immediately felt like coming home to the very young singer.
In honour of metal band Metallica's 40th anniversary, talk show M asked if Anneke would sing Nothing Else Matters with a string quartet. Arranger Ruud Peeters made a beautiful arrangement and the idea for a new collaboration was born.
