Insane music by Fleetwood Mac
Rumours is the eleventh and most legendary studio album by British/American rock band Fleetwood Mac. This iconic album was released on 4 February 1977 in the UK and Ireland. In the Netherlands and Belgium, the album hit shops on 26 February that year and subsequently topped the album charts for ten weeks.
From RUMOURS came the well-known hits: 'Go Your Own Way', 'Don't Stop', 'Dreams' and 'You Make Loving Fun'. 'The Chain' became best known as background music in BBC sports programmes.
Extra special about the making of this album are the particular relational vicissitudes, divorces and break-ups of the band members among themselves during the recording process. These propelled the creative process to enormous heights,... or crippled it completely.Actually, it is a miracle that producer Ken Caillet managed to bring the album to fruition. J.P. Bast in the role of Ken Caillet takes us through the wonderful story of the creation of one of the best-selling albums ever!
In addition to the insane music, played live by award-winning first-class musicians, so substance abounds and a cue for director Bavo Galama to make this show extra special.
