Shrinking budgets, dissatisfied customers, staff without focus; does this bother you? Then do something about it now. Organise an inspiring event and reach your goal. How? You can read about that here.
1 The most important goal
With an event, you can create solidarity among colleagues, build loyalty among existing or new customers, increase your organisation's expert status or help colleagues understand customers better. Interesting goals that can be achieved with the right event.
2 Keep three elements in mind
An event that stays with people is often special and unique. A privilege to be there. The content is relevant, people really get something out of it and finally it is important to give the audience a new experience. Think about your own experiences, what was a very special experience for you? What has stayed with you? Take elements from those experiences and apply them to your event
3 Don't forget the invitation
Often the focus is on organising the event itself. But don't forget the invitation! Make sure the invitation is really personal and make it different from the usual. To give the invitation an exclusive character, it is for instance interesting to mention that there is a limited number of places available.
4 Stimulate (inter)action
Interaction during an event is important. Give the audience an active role and make the programme varied. Make sure those present get to know each other. This can be done through badges and participant lists, but also through new app technology.
